Kovalus is pleased to announce the appointment of Jay Flynn as Vice President of Sales focusing on the America’s for our Membrane and Eco Tec business.
Jay brings a powerful combination of commercial leadership and global perspective to the Kovalus organization. With deep experience in the water technology and filtration sectors, he has consistently delivered results by translating strategy into action. Throughout his career, Jay has successfully guided organizations through transformation in complex international markets. His collaborative leadership style and ability to engage teams at every level, from the shop floor to the executive suite, have been instrumental in driving alignment, accountability, and long-term success.
Most recently, Jay served as Vice President of Commercial and Marketing, Americas & EMEA, for KX Technologies and Filtrex Technologies — Berkshire Hathaway companies and global leaders in drinking water filtration. In this role, he led commercial strategy across two continents, building high-performing teams and advancing customer-focused initiatives that delivered measurable impact. Earlier in his career, Jay held senior leadership roles at Evoqua Water Technologies (now part of Xylem), where he was instrumental in transforming commercial operations across North America. His leadership in restructuring sales organizations, implementing data-driven performance tools, and driving cross-functional alignment positioned the business for sustained growth and improved profitability.
In his new role, Jay will play a critical role in advancing Kovalus’ Membrane and Eco-Tec businesses across the Americas. His leadership will strengthen the company’s commercial capabilities, accelerate growth initiatives, and enhance Kovalus’ ability to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that help customers achieve their performance and sustainability goals.
