Mark Litchfield, President of RELCO®, recently announced multiple promotions within the company in the wake of continued growth and success.
Ross Henjum has been promoted to Director – Evaporation, Drying and Powder Process Engineering. Ross is instrumental in expanding our evaporation, drying, and powder portfolio including our L-TECH® solutions, where our current focus is to enhance our offering for small-scale and specialty drying applications. Ross is a 13-year veteran of RELCO where he began his career as a Project Engineer and is highly regarded by our customers for his innovation, delivery, and follow-through.
Mark Showalter, who has been with the company since 2001, has been promoted to Director – Project Engineering. Mark has proven himself very successful at effectively rolling out our largest contracts while supervising and leading teams from our Willmar, Minnesota location.
Marcelo Kors Tiberio has been promoted to Director of Engineering. Marcelo had extensive experience before joining our team as a founding employee of RELCO South America (SA) based out of our São Paulo office. During his 8-year tenure, he has proven himself as a strong asset by developing a strong engineering team and has consistently executed and delivered projects within deadlines and budgets. Marcelo’s continued contributions and support will be fundamental in continued success and expansion of the RELCO SA office.
John Zirbel has been promoted to Vice President of Cheese and Liquid Processing. His expanded role will involve growing our dedicated cheese group to elevate and maintain our offerings and solutions in the areas of Liquid Processing which includes milk, whey, nutritional products from reception, pasteurization, blending/standardization to CIP, and similar applications for non-dairy processes. His role will also involve integrating our membrane solutions for the dairy business and leading new developments planned for extracting protein isolates. John has been full-time with RELCO since January 2021 as our Engineering Supervisor of Cheese and Non-Dairy and has in the past worked for RELCO as a contractor.
