KSS EU Warehouse Relocation

Aachen Germany. – It is with great pleasure to inform you that, beginning October 1, 2025, Kovalus Separation Solutions (KSS), formerly Koch Separation Solutions, will be relocating its European warehousing operations from GRUPPO GESA CISTERNA DI LATINA, ITALY to SCAN GLOBAL LOGISTICS BV IN WEERT, THE NETHERLANDS (COPERNICUSSTRAAT 7, 6003 DE WEERT NETHERLANDS).

As a consequence of this relocation, deliveries previously made from Italy will, in the future, be made from the Netherlands. This entails the following changes to our invoices:

EU based customers outside the Netherlands Cross-border EU shipments from the Netherlands

• Cross-border EU shipments from the Netherlands: Sales invoices will display our Dutch VAT number: VAT number: NL821009084B01
• No VAT will be charged on the invoice, and reference will be made to the VAT exemption for EU deliveries per Article 138 of the EU VAT Directive

Customers based in the Netherlands (with establishment in the Netherlands) – Domestic supply

• Sales invoices will display our Dutch VAT number. No VAT will be charged on the invoice, and reference will be made to the domestic reverse charge mechanism per Article 194 of the EU VAT Directive

Non-Dutch customers (no establishment in the Netherlands) receiving domestic supply in the Netherlands

• Sales invoices will display our Dutch VAT number: VAT number: NL821009084B01
• Dutch VAT at the rate of 21% will be applied to the invoice
