Developed for the recovery and treatment of electrocoat paint, this configuration includes an integral shell with Victaulic-style connections that simplify design and module changeout. Our ultrafiltration membranes have been the industry standard in electrocoat paint recovery for nearly 30 years. We strive to help customers achieve high productivity, stable flux and superior permeate quality.
Designed exclusively for electrocoat applications, the EDCORE cell facilitates electrification and maintains bath conditions, including pH, for the charged paint particles to successfully deposit themselves onto a metal part. The EDCORE cell comes available in both vertical and horizontal closed configurations, and the EDCORE-MAX cell accommodates larger electrocoat operations via a larger membrane and anode diameter and surface area. The result is improved electrocoating, a longer lasting electrodialysis membrane, and a stable operation to reduce risk and drive down costs.
KPAK PLUS systems use the KPAK PLUS potted spiral product and are designed to operate within a minimal footprint in the harsh environment of electrocoat paint application, providing a safe, consistent, and reliable operation. The system offers a higher, more stable flux and better flux recovery after cleaning. It features an optimized design to allow for quick and easy installation and removal.
